Enterprise Sales Director

They are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic national accounts, driving significant revenue growth and fostering deep partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

Own 4–5 highly strategic, national accounts with a mandate to drive deep, multi-phase growth
Build and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with each customer's portfolio roadmap, operational goals, and investment timelines
Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders
Drive significant expansion revenue by deeply embedding SmartRent’s platform into property operations
Partner closely with internal teams including Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Finance and Marketing to deliver customized strategies and enterprise-level experiences
Lead multi-threaded pursuits across business units and regional portfolios
Identify and influence internal blockers to growth and work cross-functionally to remove them
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the customer

Required

7–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
5 years experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units
Proven success growing under-penetrated accounts into enterprise-wide, multi-product relationships
Ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of the organization in addition to C-level and VP-level executives
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive briefing skills
Experience in PropTech, complex SaaS/platform or real estate technology required and IoT is strongly preferred
Highly collaborative, thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and account planning frameworks
Strong data literacy, able to build and defend business cases, value realization, and ROI
