Responsibilities
Prepare analytics, dashboards, and business reports to support SVP decision-making
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Track key initiatives and collaborate with Project Managers to gather updates and monitor progress
Attend meetings on behalf of or with the SVP; document outcomes and follow-up actions
Develop briefing materials, presentations, and communication summaries for leadership
Coordinate information flow across departments (Operations, Engineering, Product, HR, Finance, etc.)
Support strategic or special projects as assigned, including research and deep-dive analyses
Maintain strong working relationships across teams to improve alignment and responsiveness
Provide light administrative support including Outlook calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination
Ensure the SVP is fully prepared for meetings with pre-read materials, insights, and talking points
Qualification
Required
Analytical skills to prepare analytics, dashboards, and business reports
Ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Experience in tracking key initiatives and collaborating with Project Managers
Strong documentation skills to attend meetings on behalf of or with the SVP and document outcomes and follow-up actions
Ability to develop briefing materials, presentations, and communication summaries for leadership
Coordination skills to manage information flow across departments (Operations, Engineering, Product, HR, Finance, etc.)
Support for strategic or special projects, including research and deep-dive analyses
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain working relationships across teams
