Responsibilities
Provide strong support and collaboration to probate attorneys
Deliver first-rate client services to clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for all probate clients
Maintain calm and friendliness while multitasking
Enter time for hourly billing purposes and adhere to reasonable hourly billing requirements
Communicate effectively with clients and staff
Establish rapport and credibility with clients
Demonstrate professionalism and a polished demeanor when interacting with clients
Execute tasks and follow through to completion
Anticipate attorney needs and act accordingly
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of probate paralegal experience, including probate litigation experience, is required
Thorough knowledge of probate processes, procedures, and systems required
Experience with entering time for hourly billing purposes and familiarity and comfort with reasonable hourly billing requirements
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Tremendous attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook required
Prompt, responsible, accountable, and trustworthy
Ability to follow direction and adhere to firm policies and procedures a must
