Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of teaching experience
Experience leading professional learning for adults (PD facilitation, coaching, or district-level work)
Strong instructional judgment and the ability to discuss teaching with clarity and precision
Comfort facilitating groups and building trust with educators
A professional presence marked by warmth, credibility, and calm authority
Instructional expertise and the ability to engage adults in rigorous, purposeful learning
