They are seeking a Systems and Network Engineer to join their Professional Services team, where the main responsibilities include evaluating client requirements, driving installation activities, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Evaluate the clients’ requirements and ensure implementation meets those requirements
Drive installation and configuration activities
Work closely with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
Mentor junior team members
Prepare operational and technical documentation

Qualification

Microsoft Server expertiseNetwork protocols knowledgeVirtualization skillsSecurity knowledgeCloud technology experienceProject ownershipMulti-tasking abilityMentoring skillsTechnical documentation

Required

Technical expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and cloud
Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently
Able to take ownership of and follow through with assigned projects
Willing to commute to client sites throughout the Chicagoland area and travel to other states
Authorized to work for an employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Systems engineering: 8 years (Required)
Network support: 5 years (Required)
