Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in need of 3PL fulfillment solutions through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue and margin targets
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their unique supply chain needs and offering tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitable business growth
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitive positioning to adapt and refine sales strategies
Work closely with operations, account management, and pricing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery
Track sales performance, manage a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports to leadership

Qualification

B2B sales experience3PL fulfillment servicesE-commerce fulfillmentCRM proficiencyLogistics experienceCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsPresentation skillsRelationship building

Required

A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in 3PL fulfillment services
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation can also be useful
Tech savvy including e-commerce fulfillment systems awareness, CRM proficiency, MS Office proficiency, AI proficiency and more
Candidates should have a strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain solutions, warehousing, distribution, logistics and more
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required
Superb relationship building skills have been found in similar top performers
The role requires a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial approach who can work independently and is willing to travel
