Administrative Coordinator
Horizon House, Inc. is a nationally recognized provider of services to adults with support needs due to developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues, and substance abuse. They are seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator to support their agency by providing administrative and clerical support and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Responsibilities
To provide confidential administrative/clerical support and coordinate general office functions for the Organizational Quality, Compliance, and Investigation Departments
To ensure that the Agency policies and procedures remain current and conform to all applicable guidelines and regulations. Facilitate the overall approval process
To coordinate the Certified Investigator Process for Scheduling and Recertification
Assisting with the investigation, disseminating the investigations, and incident reports
Qualification
Required
A.A. degree, preferred and at least 3-4 years of general administrative experience; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently; detail oriented; highly organized
Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information
Ability to assist workgroups and be a member of a team
Ability to summarize data, information and to write reports
Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of Adobe, Acrobat Professional, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Ability to type 50 wpm
Preferred
Prior experience in the Human Services field, preferred
Prior experience with developing and writing Policy & Procedures preferred
