Responsibilities

Professionally greet visitors, clients, and employees, creating a positive first impression

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication flow

Provide information to visitors and callers, and address basic inquiries

Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and manage office supplies

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc

Check, sort and forward emails

Support other departments with administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned

Assist with On-Call

Perform Caregiver duties if need arises
