Responsibilities

Guides new hires from the point of verbal offer through to their first day, managing the process of issuing written offer letters, facilitating the completion of employment applications, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Prepare written offer letter and company and regulatory documents for signature

Initiates references, backgrounds, and drug Works with hiring offices to ensure completion of additional background checks as required (fingerprints, registries, etc.)

Review and adjudicate background check results for prospective employees, ensuring compliance with state, federal and company policies

Assess the accuracy and completeness of background check reports, including criminal, healthcare sanctions and references

Collaborate with recruiters and HR if there is a potential risk or red flags
