Responsibilities

Use insights to help identify new product opportunities

Identify and prioritize unmet user needs, and translate them into product requirements

Collaborate with product designers to define the complete user experience

Plan and execute design research and user testing

Collaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or products

Collaborate with product marketing to produce promotional and/or educational content

Support on-market activities in collaboration with Commercial teams

Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Abbott’s leadership in digital diabetes management

Maintain and advance the product roadmap

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience

Experience building and shipping software and/or hardware products

Experience working in highly cross-functional organizations

Preferred

Able to think openly, broadly and strategically

Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data

Enjoys responding quickly and influencing people to deliver

Sound time management skills, ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standards

Highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals

Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously

Understanding of delivering products in a regulated environment

Previous experience working in health and wellness is a plus
