Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead high-volume recruitment for exempt and non-exempt healthcare roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires
Hiring Manager Partnership: Build relationships with department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support
Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, and professional networks
Workday ATS Management: Utilize Workday to post jobs, screen candidates, manage pipelines, and move applicants through the hiring process
Experience & Process Improvement: Maintain a strong candidate experience while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment workflows
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
3+ years of high-volume recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles
Experience with ATS platforms
Proficiency in online recruiting tools
MS Office Suite
Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting
