They are seeking a dynamic Systems and Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and secure clients' Microsoft server and network infrastructure while supporting operational and engineering functions.

Responsibilities
Supports both operational and engineering functions at our client sites
Troubleshoots and maintains clients' IT infrastructures and network 24/7
Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs
Works with technicians and engineering groups at both Prescient Solutions and at the client locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required
Prepares operational and technical documentation
Mentors junior team members
Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required

Technical expertise of Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and Azure
Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently
