Texas Farm Bureau is the Voice of Texas Agriculture, and they are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for performing rate level indications, relativity analysis, reserve analysis, and financial projections. The role involves leading projects, conducting detailed analyses, and developing strategic data solutions while pursuing actuarial examinations.

Responsibilities

Develop rate level indications as required

Perform relativity and reserve analyses

Develop financial projections

Provide detailed competitive analysis

Organize, plan, and lead team efforts to complete projects on time

Analyze and provide detailed analysis of assigned projects

Research and develop strategic data solutions

Comply with the Certified Fleet Operation requirements of the Company Driving and Safety policy

Actively pursue passing of actuarial examinations, unless credentialed

Provide after-hours support, if necessary

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance or related field

Ability to lead multiple projects

Strong problem solving abilities

Ability and willingness to learn and extend skills

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software required for this job

Willing to travel as required

Completion of at least 3 actuarial exams and VEE Requirements

Valid Texas driver's license and driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation, or disqualify the employee from Certified Fleet Operator status under the Company Driving and Safety Policy
