Responsibilities
Assisting and collaborating with the development and maintenance of long-term trusting relationships with defined clients
Researching key customer wants and needs
Assisting with Multinational prospecting efforts, helping to achieve growth targets
Managing the regional multinational pipeline using Salesforce tools to ensure high-quality oversight of new business, renewals and pipelines
Assisting with coordination of Multinational programs
Identifying service needs with Multinational clients
Being the expert for the digital customer platform, training clients and brokers on the platform and ensuring ongoing use and execution of roll out
Acting as the liaison with Multinational team members to create awareness and execute on priorities with other key stakeholders for Large Corporate Clients
Serving as a contact point for key customers and internal teams regarding Multinational matters
Identifying and assisting in the resolution of client experiences as it pertains to in force Multinational programs
Gathering, reporting, and communicating customers' feedback on Multinational technology and product delivery
Elevating issues within the organization as necessary
Keeping abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Implementing sales and marketing strategies, working with Distribution and Underwriting
Developing regionally focused pitch presentations/marketing materials
Driving broker relationship strategies to support portfolio growth
Provide training and updates to client-facing colleagues on our Multinational proposition and global insurance program structures
Collaborating across regions to share expertise and improve client servicing globally
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate or specialty insurance
Understanding of complex Multinational Programs
Ability to identify customer needs and help transition them into multinational service solutions
Market and customer research experience with strong market insight
Strong problem resolution and analytical skills as well as the ability to grasp and solve complex issues and present solutions to others effectively
Experience in working in an international environment
Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office applications and experience with relevant business applications and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence internal leaders and key stakeholders within the organization
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Project management and change management skills
Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree
