Genesys CloudCX Business Practice Architect

Concentrix is looking for an accomplished and experienced Genesys Cloud CX Architect to join their expanding organization. The role involves providing technical product leadership, developing technical presentations, and reviewing RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design for Genesys Cloud CX implementations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical product leadership within the Solution Architect and Development teams and throughout the Professional Services organization both in person and remotely
Monitor Genesys product roadmap and communicate to pertinent stakeholders
Identify new opportunities to leverage within Genesys platform, plus identify roadmap impacts to current processes/offerings
Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities
Develop and deliver technical Proofs of Concept
Develop and deliver technical presentations
Build and demonstrate Genesys capabilities including Architect flows for inbound call, email, web messaging and other digital channels, ACD functionality such as telephony and skill based routing, outbound campaigns, quality assessment, workforce management
Review RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design and delivering/refining solution completion estimates in support of our sales organization

Required

7 years of experience with technology solution delivery and integration, consulting experience working with Fortune 500 companies
4+ years of deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX, having completed multiple successful implementations/migrations of large enterprises
Experience migrating from Genesys PureCloud a plus
Knowledge of contact center tools and processes
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience interacting with customers, organization members, and senior-level personnel, potentially up to C-suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Genesys Cloud: AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge

Preferred

Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and Generative AI a plus
Knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect a plus
Achieved The Following Certifications: Genesys Cloud CX: Professional, Genesys Cloud CX: Architect, Genesys Cloud CX: Developer
