Responsibilities

3+ years of experience in wage & hour, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, class action, and or other employment matters
Litigation in all phases of the firm's labor and employment practice, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, pretrial preparation, witness and exhibit preparation, trial and appeals
Researching and advising clients on personnel and employment-related issues
Experience with taking and defending depositions
Exceptional writing skills and strong academic background
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Must be licensed to practice in CA

Required

3+ years of Labor and Employment experience
Top academic credentials from a good law school
Good prior tenure

Litigation in all phases of the firm's labor and employment practice, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, pretrial preparation, witness and exhibit preparation, trial and appeals
