Troon is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join their Treviso Bay HOA team. This position plays a key role in supporting financial operations by providing accounting-related administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and reconcile the Daily Cash Balancing Report

Prepare month end closing journal entries

Reconcile bank statements

Review and process expense reports

Prepare accounts receivable statements and process monthly billings

Support daily revenue audits

Ensure regular and reliable attendance

Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualification

Accounting degreeMicrosoft ExcelProperty management systemsEnglish communication

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA) in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Preferred

Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
