Brand Marketing Director
BIOCODEX is the parent company of Hilma, a brand that creates effective natural remedies for health issues. The Brand Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth across various channels, overseeing brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive brand and marketing strategy that drives Hilma’s growth across Amazon, DTC, and retail
Define and continuously refine brand positioning using consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence
Maintain a deep understanding of the customer and competitive landscape to shape strategies that attract new users and strengthen loyalty
Create and lead the planning of fully integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—including digital, retail activations, PR, influencer, and partnerships
Drive the creative briefing process to ensure messaging, visuals, and storytelling align with commercial objectives and brand strategy
Ensure all campaigns deliver against performance targets and contribute to brand equity and revenue growth
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand brand awareness, acquisition, and engagement
Develop co-branded initiatives with external partners to create unique consumer experiences and build community
Own the end-to-end Hilma customer experience across ecommerce, Amazon, and retail
Oversee customer inquiries, feedback channels, and ongoing insight generation to inform improvements across the funnel
Lead portfolio and lifecycle management, including SKU rationalization and channel strategy
Partner closely with product development on innovation, from insight generation and concepting to ingredient selection, pricing, and commercialization
Own P&L performance and drive growth through strategic decisions across pricing, promotion, innovation, margin, and distribution
Manage marketing budgets and develop KPI dashboards to track and report on marketing performance and ROI
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, curiosity and growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years in omnichannel marketing with experience in CPG and wellness
Deep experience in using marketing to scale awareness for CPG and wellness brands
Strong understanding of performance media, e-commerce platforms, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
Track record of developing long-term marketing strategies and delivering on revenue and margin goals
Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and next steps
Deep knowledge of innovation in CPG and passion for the wellness category
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment
Expert in performance marketing
Strong leader with track record of leading marketing teams and scaling brands
Creative thinker with tons of new ideas
Organized with a high level of attention to detail
