This role will support SAP enhancements, integrations, and accounting-focused initiatives, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into technical and functional requirements
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for SAP S/4HANA FI integrations and enhancements
Perform testing activities, including:
Creating and executing SAP test plans and scripts
Conducting system integration testing (SIT)
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting results
Validate SAP interface files and integration points
Provide end-user training and develop training materials for implemented SAP solutions
Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze and validate data exports
Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure SAP processes align with business requirements
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field)
5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Analyst
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and SAP Fiori applications
Strong understanding of accounting processes within SAP
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Prior experience supporting Accounting or Finance business teams
SAP Functional Analyst background
SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP FI or S/4HANA certifications)
Master's degree or MBA
