They are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Field Service & Delivery Specialist, where the primary responsibility will be counting and delivering vendor-owned materials to various job sites and warehouses.

Responsibilities

Accurately count and verify vendor-owned inventory materials before transportation

Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated job sites and warehouses

Maintain detailed records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly

Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation activities

Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries

Perform physical counts of vendor-owned materials with precision

Load and unload inventory materials onto company vehicles in a safe and organized manner

Utilize inventory management systems to track and update material quantities

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules

Complete required documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory reports

Follow established procedures for vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation regulations

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory

Effective communication skills for interactions with vendors and internal teams

Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to traffic regulations

Physical capability to load and unload materials as required

Preferred

Basic knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus

Basic understanding of inventory management systems or willingness to learn
