Responsibilities

Learn, understand, and work towards fulfilling our mission, which is to help our clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives; and execute on our business strategies

Gain real world experience by working in different roles and business areas at Equitable. This exposure will provide insights into what you enjoy doing and help inform your career choices going forward

Participate in a vigorous learning and development program, focusing on industry and business knowledge as well as technical skills

Build relationships with senior executives at Equitable through one on one mentorship

Network with senior leaders across the organization

Work in the Innovation and Design Office focusing on business optimization aligned with Equitable’s Way of Working, gaining skills in executing on critical business priorities, as well as executive presentations, market research and quantitative analysis

Work in the Finance Department, which includes Business Partners, Treasury, Equitable Investment Management, Investor Relations, Office of the CFO, Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit to gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, management reporting and executive dashboards

Work in one of our commercial businesses to learn about the products and advice we offer our clients and what differentiates Equitable in the marketplace, which could include providing product development and sales support, conducting competitive intelligence, and assessing new business ventures

Required

Recently earned (within 1-2 years) Bachelor's degree
