Manages basic pricing within established guidelines to maintain margin goals

Identifies stock products and recommends comparable alternatives to support customer requirements
Oversees service commitments and escalated customer issues with relentless follow-up

Mentors associates on best practices and operational processes
Qualification
Required
Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas
Generally 5-7 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
Preferred
3+ years of inside sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies and margin governance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for complex issues
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence operational improvements
Skilled in coaching and developing associates for performance and growth
