Collaborative Support Programs of NJ is seeking a Program Manager to provide daily structure and supervision for the Wellness Respite staff. The role involves directing the team's daily activities to ensure adequate coverage and providing services that align with the agency's mission of supporting individuals with psychiatric disabilities in crisis.

Responsibilities

Provide daily structure and supervision for the Wellness Respite staff

Direct the team's and the program’s daily activities to ensure adequate coverage of all scheduled events, appointments and commitments

Supervise the service team to ensure guests are receiving services that are geared toward learning crisis coping skills and linking to resources in their community

Work as part of a team to provide services to the guests that are consistent with the agency’s mission, vision, values, Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles and the concept of wellness and recovery

Required

Master's degree in Mental Health Related field and 2 years of relevant work experience

1+ years of supervisory experience

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises

Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, conflict resolution skills and foster teamwork

Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner

Proficient in MS Office products

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Preferred

Bilingual skills are preferred/ a plus

Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation model preferred
