Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans
Ensures the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community
Drives the enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the child care industry utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships
Sparks imagination, builds self-esteem, and helps children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment
Recruits, selects, and retains quality staff
Qualification
Required
Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations
Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
Preferred
Experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
