Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the transition to production of new products
Leading the debug of complex analog and digital circuitry
Driving product yield and affordability improvements
Mentoring junior level engineers and technicians
Assessing design updates to existing electrical subassemblies
Conducting circuit analyses to assess performance impacts
Working with hardware suppliers
Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter
Qualification
Required
4 years' experience working with analog, processor and high-speed digital circuit card assemblies or equivalent experience
Able to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
Active or previously held Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED
Preferred
Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED
Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans
Knowledge of a Digital transceiver and other complex circuit technology
Experience in clock and reset management, specifically with embedded processors, PCIe, Ethernet, 1553, SERDES, and Fiber Optic interfaces
Experience with debugging embedded systems
