The Brightwood Skin is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that inspire and educate while maintaining a consistent brand. This role involves managing marketing calendars, developing integrated strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain marketing calendar, ensuring evergreen content, campaigns, launches, and events are strategically aligned and executed on schedule

Develop integrated marketing strategies in partnership with the Founders, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

Coordinate campaign planning, asset development, and performance reporting, aligning clinical, creative, and operational initiatives

Partner closely with Operations team to execute campaigns in-clinics

Support photo/video shoots, events, and brand partnerships as needed

Manage tactical marketing tasks, including Google/Apple listings, review platforms, and partner communications

Collaborate closely with the Founders and creative team on brand initiatives, product launches, and clinic experience projects

Track and analyze ROI, analytics, and key performance metrics across marketing initiatives

Ensure all targets and promotional goals are monitored, measured, and achieved

Required

3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, hospitality, or fashion
