10+ years expJPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Unified PDL Project Manager to lead a critical Medicaid pharmacy initiative for the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH). In this role, you will manage the implementation of a unified Preferred Drug List across Georgia’s Fee-for-Service and Managed Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Unified Preferred Drug List (PDL) initiative
Own and manage the overall project plan, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders, including DCH, CMOs, Optum teams, and external vendors
Manage project communications, status reporting, and executive updates
Facilitate and lead in-person and virtual project meetings
Ensure alignment of Utilization Management (UM), system messaging, system edits, and pricing across programs
Identify risks and issues early and drive resolution to keep the project on track
Serve as the primary point of contact between Optum, the State, and vendor partners
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading Medicaid implementations or Medicaid pharmacy initiatives
Strong knowledge of Medicaid pharmacy programs, including Fee-for-Service and Managed Medicaid models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage teams at all levels
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple vendors
High proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams
Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Georgia Medicaid programs and regulations (preferred but highly valued)
Experience with Medicaid rebates
Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing
Experience with pharmacy reporting and analytics
PMP certification (preferred, not required)
