Infrastructure Project Manager
JPI is seeking a Project Manager to provide mission critical support for the USCG supplemental Appropriation program. The role involves planning and implementing customized technical solutions to address civil engineering, facilities, and data challenges, while also overseeing a contracting team and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals.

Responsibilities
Provide oversight of contracting team and deliverables
Strategic planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Risk and issue management background, proactively identify technical bottlenecks or resource constraints; develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Stakeholder communication, facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on project health, timelines, and risks to the executive leadership team
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship
Public Trust clearance
BA or BS in Management or Engineering
An active PMP certification
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Experience supporting DHS/USCG or any federal agency
Cross-functional collaboration among team members and client
Clear and concise communication with the time and resource prioritization
Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving while being flexibility in fast-paced environments
