Xtensys is a managed service provider focused on delivering technology to health systems. They are seeking an experienced EPIC Application Analyst – Radiant to provide system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, and training.

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate system-level support for EPIC Radiant and related clinical/financial applications

Install, configure, test, maintain, and support application software, hardware, and reporting tools

Participate in and lead project planning sessions, contributing to timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Manage small to mid-sized projects and support larger project initiatives

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure system optimization and user satisfaction

Deliver training, education, and guidance to end users and operational departments

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while promoting excellent customer service

Partner closely with internal Xtensys teams and external departments to achieve project goals
