Responsibilities

Support the full end-to-end technology experience for employees, covering devices, connectivity, access needs, troubleshooting, and ongoing user enablement

Approach issues with a strong sense of urgency, proactively digging into difficult technical problems and recommending enhancements to workflows and tools

Collaborate closely with international IT partners to drive effective rollout and execution of companywide technology initiatives

Required

Education – B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or a related degree

Outstanding Time management and Prioritization Skills – proven experience with structuring and managing workload with the ability to prioritize and keep multiple workstreams on-time

Process oriented – proven experience of working in a structured environment. Desire to understand and improve existing processes and procedures. Ability to create and support documentation

Outstanding Communication and Business Relationship Skills – exceptional professionalism, integrity, dedication, high level of energy, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and relationship building and management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive execution while managing internal stakeholder expectations across the enterprise

Previous experience as a systems engineer in financial services

Good working knowledge and hands-on experience of networks and infrastructure working in a high availability environment, Cisco Meraki switching, wireless and security

Microsoft stack: Windows 11, Windows server 2012 through 2025, Office 365, Azure/AD & Intune/MDM, Exchange hybrid/online

Experience with Mobile Device Management including application deployment - predominantly Apple iOS for mobile/iPad, Windows for desktop OS

Knowledge and experience in hyperconverged infrastructure and next generation backup solutions (Nutanix, Rubrik, Cohesity etc)

Experience with IT service delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence

Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell
