Responsibilities

Enhance the residential experience by ensuring seamless exceptional service delivery, fostering a secure and welcoming environment
Integrate the roles of doorman/page and runner, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless operations within a luxury residential building
Provide top-tier assistance, from welcoming residents and guests to managing deliveries and running errands
Respond to all requests in a timely and efficient manner set forth by our core standards
Be flexible in handling other duties related to Residential Concierge department that will be assigned by the Lead Residential Concierge or the Residential Concierges

Qualification

Required
