Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and determine next steps
Conduct brief phone screenings and document candidate responses in a clear, consistent format
Maintain candidate pipelines using spreadsheets and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews
Share accurate job details and respond to candidate questions with professionalism and clarity
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, confident phone presence
Experience sourcing talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
Comfortable tracking candidate data in spreadsheets or ATS software
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple open roles and priorities
Preferred
Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
