Remote Call Center Agent
Talentoma is hiring Remote Call Center Agents to support customers through outbound follow-ups and occasional inbound coverage. This role focuses on appointment confirmations, satisfaction check-ins, and assisting customers with basic billing or scheduling questions using clear scripts and workflows.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and check satisfaction
Assist customers with basic billing questions , including guidance through online portals or payment steps
Document call outcomes and key details accurately in internal systems (CRM/call logs)
Send follow-up emails for confirmations, reminders, or next steps based on call results
Support inbound calls during peak periods as needed
Stay aligned on procedures and tools through regular remote team communication and updates
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to follow a script while keeping a natural, friendly tone
Comfortable with structured, repeatable workflows and routine tasks
Self-motivated and organized in a remote work environment
Reliable home setup: stable internet + quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred
Call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes
