Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of refrigeration projects, including design, scheduling, budget management, and installation
Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Oversee the installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and progress reports
Manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project delivery
Perform risk assessments and implement solutions to mitigate project risks
Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed
Travel to project sites as required to oversee project progress and resolve any on-site issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years' experience in project management within the construction, refrigeration or HVAC industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, BuilderTrend)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, chillers, and industrial cooling equipment preferred
Design experience would be an added bonus, but not needed
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
