Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary and gift tax returns, including preparation of work papers and related accounting adjustments
Prepare tax projections and related estimated payments
Research and consult with management on various client-related tax matters
Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities
Develop and edit correspondence, memoranda, and other client deliverables as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Working towards or licensed as a CPA
3+ years of experience as a tax professional
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong accounting skills required
Preferred
Masters in Taxation a plus
Experience using CCH Axcess tax software is a plus
