In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for top-tier telecommunication brands, engaging in sales training and customer service to enhance your skills and advance within the company.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Assist in promotional retail campaigns by promoting telecommunications brands, and connecting with consumers to swiftly address all their questions & concerns
Directly present and demonstrate products and services to existing and new customers daily
Collaborate with management and the Promotional Sales teams to execute field campaigns and increase brand awareness
Provide continuous exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction and grow our consumer base
Participate in market research and community outreach activities
Attend regular training sessions from top industry performers to build expertise in promotions, sales strategies, and customer service techniques
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn in a team-oriented environment
Self-driven and eager to achieve success in marketing and sales
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
Relevant experience in brand promotions, retail sales, customer service, or other promotional roles is a plus
