Responsibilities
Support the mission of the customer by ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of critical Sense & Warn (S&W) systems
Provide hands-on administration and operational support for Windows and Linux environments across both enterprise and fielded systems
Maintain system availability
Perform troubleshooting
Ensure systems operate effectively in deployed and limited-connectivity environments
Assist with system deployments, patching, backup and recovery, and documentation to support operational continuity and compliance requirements
Help resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of mission systems
