Responsibilities

Review the current state of existing systems
Generate ideas for system improvements
Create detailed technical design documentation and level of effort estimates
Development of new systems
Modernization/Maintenance of existing systems
Testing newly developed systems and changes to existing systems
Create developer documentation
Work closely with Database Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and Documentation teams

Qualification

C#.NET CoreSQL ServerASP.NET CoreJavaScriptReactCommunication skillsCollaboration

Required

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance required
5+ years of software development experience, with strong C# and .NET Core skills
3+ years of hands-on SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience. (Entity Framework alone does not meet this requirement.)
Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, including services, dependency injection, and middleware
Experience with web application development (client-side and server-side/full-stack)
Solid understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks-React preferred, VueJS acceptable
Familiarity with secure coding practices and common web application vulnerabilities

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience working with legacy systems or poorly documented codebases is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
