Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
Using remote tools and ticketing systems daily
Helping non-technical users understand what is happening and why
Setting up new users, devices, and applications
Documenting work clearly so others can follow it
Qualification
Required
Prior IT support experience
Comfortable troubleshooting Windows environments
Strong communication skills with non-technical users
Willingness to document work properly
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
IT support: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Clarksville, TN 37040 (Required)

MSP experience
Microsoft 365 administration
