Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives through proactive outreach and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting: Identify and research target accounts in our ICP and reach the right stakeholders
High-quality outreach: Run daily call blocks and send concise, relevant emails and LinkedIn touches. Activity matters, quality is essential
Inbound assist and SLAs: Help cover inbound leads with quick response during business hours, and next-business-day follow-up for after-hours submissions
Discovery and qualification: Ask smart questions, confirm fit, and capture buying roles and decision criteria
Book meetings that hold: Set qualified meetings for AEs and deliver clean, useful handoffs
Educate and add value: Share short, helpful context about industry challenges and how DOOR helps teams work smarter
CRM discipline: Log clear notes, next steps, and required fields in Salesforce to support accurate reporting
Collaborate: Partner with AEs and Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops

Required

Bachelor's degree
0–2 years of professional experience; internships, customer service, or sales experience are a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred; Salesforce is a plus
Exposure to dialer or telephony tools such as RingCentral is helpful
Interest in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology is highly valued
