Components Reliability Engineer

The EEE Components Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of EEE components, conducting failure analysis, and collaborating with various teams to enhance component reliability.

Responsibilities
Evaluate new and existing EEE components for suitability and reliability based on specific application requirements
Investigate the root causes of component failures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Use statistical and probabilistic methods to predict the reliability of components and systems
Conduct accelerated life tests to simulate the operating conditions of components and assess their durability and reliability
Collaborate with design teams to incorporate reliability considerations into the design process and ensure that components are designed for long-term performance
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of EEE components
Communicate reliability findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and design engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, or aerospace engineering
Experience: 2+ years prior experience in reliability engineering, semiconductor physics, or related fields
Certifications: Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or other relevant certifications may be beneficial
Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position
