Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of modernization and sustainment projects for the F-22 program

Selected candidate will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements

Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project

Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems

Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers

Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics

Preferred

Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment

Good understanding of LM material acquisition process

Strong knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes

CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes

Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges

Good understanding of LM contract proposal process

Demonstrated accountability and proactivity

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Works effectively with minimal guidance

Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers

Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter
