Customer Service Representative
Talentoma is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers through phone, email, and chat in a fully remote role. The main responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with account questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist with account questions, order status, product information, and general support requests
Use internal systems and tools to enter information and locate accurate answers
Follow step-by-step training, scripts, and company procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Remain calm, patient, and solution-focused when handling concerns or complaints
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated in a remote environment
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks at once
Basic computer skills (web browsers, email, data entry, internal tools)
Preferred
Experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
