Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations, including Title IV programs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations and implement necessary policy updates
Oversee the processing of student financial aid applications, verification, and awarding
Manage disbursement schedules and reconciliation of funds with the Business Office
Provide clear guidance to students and families regarding financial aid options, eligibility, and application processes
Develop communication strategies to improve understanding and engagement
Maintain accurate records in compliance with audit requirements
Prepare and submit required federal, state, and institutional reports (e.g., FISAP, IPEDS)
Partner with Enrollment Management and Finance teams to align financial aid strategies with institutional goals
Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and student experience

Qualification

Title IV regulationsFinancial aid management systemsAccounting experienceAnalytical skillsCPA certificationOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree is required
6 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required
Expertise in Title IV regulations and compliance
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with financial aid management systems
