Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives champion the PGA TOUR Superstore ‘Customer First’ philosophy by providing a great checkout experience to every customer
Customer Service Representative must be knowledgeable about all retail store programs and promotions and follow all related operational processes

Qualification

Customer service experienceCash handlingHigh school diplomaStanding for long periodsFlexibility

Required

Minimum 1 year cash handling and/or customer service experience
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead
Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
GED or high school diploma
