The Director of Client Partnerships will drive the growth of the Information Technology Solutions practice by establishing strategic partnerships with hiring managers and identifying qualified project candidates.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to be aware of current and upcoming interim and project needs within Information Technology

Build partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or cultivate new connections through prospecting tactics

Identify qualified project candidates based on relevant job criteria through a partnership with the internal team and by using internet resources, networking, and referrals

Assist in candidate interview preparation to ensure an effective and informative interview process

Function as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns

Quality control follow-up during and after the project placement to ensure the success of your IT consultants

Collaborate with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the firm's continued success and fulfillment of core values

Required

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of sales, account management, recruitment, etc

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

An active network of local Information Technology and/or business leaders

A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently

Results and performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a high-achieving, collaborative environment

Strong analytical skills and the ability to seek out and understand client needs
