Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Proactively analyze variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments
Align expectations and ensure that the decision-making of stakeholders happens in a timely and effective manner
Mobilize and lead teams composed of a mixture of staff and suppliers across organizational boundaries
Responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects
Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specification and best practices
Reviews, approves and provides necessary documentation for invoicing in a timely manner
Performs other related duties as needed

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, Engineering degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
Experience and proficiency with project management software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related Software
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
