Responsibilities
Build Impactful Dashboards: Develop, deploy, and maintain real-time dashboards that track production metrics, equipment performance, and quality data—helping teams make smarter, faster decisions
Optimize Processes: Design and implement manufacturing processes that improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, quality, and IT to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
Analyze & Innovate: Use data analytics to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Champion Standards: Document SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Empower People: Train and support shop floor personnel in using dashboards and technology tools
Lead Change: Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high-volume production
Hands-on experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques
Solid understanding of manufacturing principles and process optimization
Dashboard Development: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, advanced Excel (macros)
Programming/Scripting: Python, SQL, DAX, VBA for data manipulation and automation
Manufacturing Systems: ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA
Process Improvement: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping
