Responsibilities
Conduct roof inspections using drones and ladders
Prepare accurate roofing estimates and material takeoffs
Coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling
Visit job sites and oversee progress
Respond to leads, meet with clients, and close deals
Represent the company professionally in the field and community
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction / home improvement
1+ year in roofing estimating or sales
Knowledge of TPO, shingles, tile, modified bitumen systems
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
