Associate Event Technology Manager

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency serving clients across various industries. The Associate Event Technology Manager will support the marketing and delivery of events and conferences, managing attendee data and event communications to ensure successful execution of corporate events.

Events

Responsibilities

Assist with managing high volume in-person, hybrid and virtual corporate events
Diligent handling of confidential invitee data, ensuring information is consistent and accurate
Develop, oversee, and maintain attendee registration sites using Cvent (Cvent experience required)
Design and distribute event communications and marketing materials
Provide team members with registration data, year over year statistics, and insight into varied elements and event analytics
Collaborate with clients and project managers to execute internal and external events
Create event mobile apps, including agendas, headshots, biographies, and other customized information
Assist clients with the registration process
Lead onsite registration procedures, including training temp staff and monitoring attendee participation
Travel periodically to oversee attendee logistics and registration for offsite events
Maintain a professional demeanor, treating everyone as a VIP client
Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)

Required

2-4+ years' of related experience in Event Technology (Cvent experience recommended)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Strong attention to detail is essential
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly motivated, able to work independently
Exhibit strong work ethic, patience, and a winning attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal business hours (evenings, weekends) and travel when required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in Financial Services preferred
General knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial, but not required
